I attended a leadership seminar last November 8, 2024 at ngayon lang ako nagkaroon ng time para balikan yung thoughts ko during that time. Ang sabi ng Engineer na nagta-talk don sa seminar ay all about teamwork. Lahat daw tayo, ang iniisip ay VICTORY and in order for us to have that, we need to have clear VISION. Hindi katulad nung sa "time trivia" which is a story that goes on like this...
"Tingnan niyo yung mga relo niyo... mayroon bang mga dots o dash sa halip na number? Sumagot kaming lahat, yung iba sabi meron daw, yung iba naman wala. Tapos tinanong ulit kami ng speaker, anong oras na ngayon sa tingin niyo? Without looking at your watches. Walang nakasagot nang tama because naka-focus lang kami kanina sa dots so we did not even tried to look at the exact time during the whole time looking at those dots."
Ang pangalawa namang sinabi ay INSPIRED. Third is COMMUNICATION. Fourth is TRUST. Trust sa sarili at sa iba because without trust, we only coordinate and there will be no teamwork. Fifth is OPTIMISTIC which is believing that anything can happen at may kuwento ulit yung speaker which revolves to a kid named "George" and that story goes like this...
"George is a good student. Unfortunately, he was late on his Math Subject. May nakita siya sa board na isang problem na nakasulat. However, hindi niya masagutan yung math problem na 'yon. He pulled out all-nighter, and nung 2 a.m., finally, nasagutan niya! Kaya nung umaga, agad siyang pumunta sa faculty at pinakita sa teacher yung assignment niya, but the thing here is, hindi pala daw nila assignment 'yon. The teacher told George that the math problem that was written on the board is a problem that even famous scientist like Albert Einstein cannot solve. So the main point of the story is George did not think that the problem was too difficult to answer, kaya in the end, he was able to solve it!"
Sixth is RESPECT. The last one is YES. You need to say "yes". Celebrate small wins.
There's also another mnemonics that our speaker told us and it is all about the ACE OF LIFE. ACCEPT what's wrong, CORRECT those mistakes, and EXCEL in life. If you want to go fast, you are alone but if you want to go far, you will go together.

There's also another story about a pizza pie and it revolves around a missing pie that is feeling so lost. Nararamdaman niya na bakit parang may kulang? So naglakad nang naglakad si missing piece, at may nakita siyang isang pacman. Just like what is being shown above. Hindi raw sila compatible ni pie saka ni pacman, kaya naglakad ulit nang naglakad si pie. This time, may nakita ulit siyang isang missing piece kaso hindi na naman ulit compatible kaya naglakad nalang ulit si pie. After that, may nakita ulit na pacman tapos sobrang fit nila sa isa't isa. They were so happy together, until one day, napansin nila na parang lumaki na yung missing piece na si pie, so hindi na sila compatible kaya naghiwalay din sila eventually. Hanggang sa dumating na naman ulit yung araw na may nakita na nanaman siya pero isang big circle yung nakita niya. Buong-buo yung big circle at ipinakita niya na hindi niya kailangan ng kahit anong kapareha.
So the main point of this story is hindi natin kailangan ng kapareha sa buhay, what we need is to continue on our own life journey independently. Kaya kapag naging katulad na tayo ni big circle that feels complete without depending on other people, kapag nagkaroon na tayo ng pagkakataon na may makilalang katulad ni missing piece that is feeling so lost, we have to help that piece into figuring things out.
But always know that even if you are in your point of life that you are feeling that you relate to the missing piece, just go on your own pace dahil ang buhay ay hindi isang karera. Some people may have been able to know their purpose in life, pero kung hanggang ngayon, you are still figuring out your life, then it is totally okay to take your time. Do not pressure yourself sa takbo ng buhay mo dahil walang delayed dito. You will have your right timing, and once that happens, the patience and hardwork will all be worth it in the end.
